    Ticketing & Seating
    • You can purchase accessibility tickets directly via the ticket provider websites:

      For Ticketmaster events see the Ticketmaster website.

      If you require further assistance when choosing your seat, please call the Ticketmaster Accessible Seating line if you have a wheelchair, companion card or special needs booking requirements on 1300 446 925 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm AEDT only). Alternatively, you can submit your accessible booking via a request form here.

      If you require additional support, call Ticketek's Accessible Ticket booking line on 1300 665 915 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm AEDT). 


    • Companion tickets can be purchased alongside an accessible seat online or over the phone. The companion card will then need to be sighted by venue box office staff prior to entry.

    • Accessible bays are located on the upper level behind blocks 203, 204, 205, and 206.
    Getting Here
    • ACROD parking bays are available in Carpark 3 and Carpark 4.

    • Event Rideshare pick up and drop off is located at Carpark 2, there are flat pathways with a ramp over the curbs that can provide access to Door 2 and the Main Entrance. Please continue into the building and use the internal ramp or lift for access to Door 4 or Door 1.
    • Door 1 and Door 2 are accessible entries. 

      Wheelchair bays are located on the upper bowl, accessible from Door 1.

      For any floor seating or standing tickets purchased for comedy or concert performances, access to the floor is via Door 2. This is a flat, gently sloped entry. Please note that guests who use wheelchairs and purchase floor seating must be able to transfer into their allocated seat. Due to safety and access requirements, wheelchairs will be stored in a secure, designated location within the venue.

    Services & Assistance
    • Yes, service and support animals are welcome within the venue. Animals must be appropriately registered and trained, and handlers may be asked to provide valid documentation upon request. Animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times. 

       

    • If you have mobility aids, or are unable to traverse stairs and have purchased seats in the grandstand, please approach staff for assistance.  

      There are 3 steps down into Row EE of block 202 – 211 (when entering via Door 1), and 2 steps up into Row A of block 102 – 119 (when entering via Door 2). Please note this information is a guide only, as seating layouts and entry points may vary by event. Please contact us for more information before purchasing tickets.  

    • If you require first aid assistance, please approach event staff. Trained First Aid staff are onsite at all events.

      Please note during non-event times you can direct all First Aid enquiries to the reception staff, aquatics or gymnasium staff.

    • Event or Venue Staff may discuss a specific Personal Evacuation Plan with you while you are in the venue. This is to ensure you are fully aware of the specific surroundings and how these fit with your specific needs.

    • If an event has Auslan Interpreting, all details, including relevant seating information and how to access, will be communicated via the relevant event page and ticketing platform.

    Facilities
    • Accessible bathrooms are located at Door 3, Door 8, inside the Main Arena on the southside (Access via Door 1), and within the function space Champions Club (open for select events only).
    • There are 2 accessible changerooms (including toilets) located in the Aquatics Centre at Perth HPC. 
    • Unfortunately, sensory and quiet rooms are not available on a daily basis, however, where possible they are available on events. If you require a quiet or sensory room, please approach a staff member and they will be able to assist you. 
    • Ramp access is available from Carpark 3 to the south venue entry and further up to Door 1. There are also ramps located inside the venue, providing access between the venue levels from Reception down to Arena 2, Door 8, the Amphitheatre and the lower bathrooms. 

      There is a lift located at the south venue entry, opposite the Lemon Tree Cafe and Reception, that can move patrons between each level.
