Cycle Studio

Join RPM™ and cycle classes at Perth HPC. With a maximum of 20 participants, these sessions are held in the Evolve Cycle Studio for an exclusive experience

Enjoy group indoor cycling workouts where you can control the intensity to match your fitness level.

There are many benefits to participating in indoor cycling workouts, including improved cardiovascular health, weight loss, stress management and enhanced mental wellbeing. Perth HPC offers RPM™ and Cycle classes that have a maximum of 20 participants. These cycling classes are held in the Evolve Cycle Studio. 

 

Print your class pass at the in-venue kiosks and hand it to the instructor. If you need help with bike set-up, please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts, and the instructor will assist you.

    RPM

    RPM™ is a fun, low impact cycling class set to motivating music.

    It burns major calories and gets you fit using simulated climbs and sprints. Instructors guide you through basic cycling moves including standing and sitting, changing hand positions and adjusting your speed. You control the resistance and speed, allowing you to gradually increase your training intensity as your fitness progresses.  

     

    RPM™ comes in both 45 minute and 30 minute formats.

    Cycle

    Cycle classes involve a workout on stationary bikes that increases endurance and works the lower body, focusing on toning the legs. 

    Your qualified instructor will take you on a specially designed ride that simulates both hilly and flat terrains to keep the workout flexible and exciting.  With low impact on your joints and no special skills required, this class is accessible to all fitness levels. Classes available in 30 minute format.
