Our group fitness classes in Mount Claremont, are fun, social, and motivating, set in a clean, safe environment. Classes are included in your gym membership or available on a pay as you go basis. With over 100 group fitness classes on our timetable, including popular options like Les Mills, the high intensity Metafit™, aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Taught by qualified instructors, these classes cater to all fitness levels and preferences.  

Starting from just $13.30 for express formats, it’s the perfect time to join, work out with friends, or make new connections in our fitness community.

The ultimate sculpt class.

A low-impact strength-based workout inspired by Pilates, barre & power yoga. This is a dynamic full-body and targeted workout for all experience levels and ages.

Take your training to a whole new level.

Set to a fun hip-hop soundtrack, you'll work through 12 x 45-minute sessions at your own pace, focusing on slow and controlled strength training, functional movements, and dynamic core exercises.
