Swimming is a low-impact activity that provides numerous physical and mental health benefits, making it an ideal exercise for people of all ages and abilities throughout the year. 

Our Adult Swimming Classes are designed to develop confidence, stroke technique and to improve fitness. Lessons cater for different swimming abilities; from beginners to intermediate swimmers.

Water exercise isn't solely about lap swimming, within the aquatics centre there are other workouts for you to enjoy including Aqua Aerobics, or check the Lane Availability page for quieter times suitable for walking/running in designated slow lanes. 

Every year, we welcome thousands of Western Australians through our venue, including State, National and International Athletes. During your visit, you may gain exposure and get inspired by those athletes training and competing.
