Frequently Asked Queustions

  • The Swim School office can be found by following the route outlined on our venue map.
  • Adult Swimming Lessons are a continuous program with progressive development. You will swim continuously over the year including most school holiday periods. Classes are held weekly with your fees debited from your account on a weekly basis. Once you are enrolled, you will not be required to re-enrol again, unless you withdraw your enrolment and decide to re-join the program at a later date. 
  • Swimming lessons are continuous with a six week break in the December/January school holidays. Classes will continue weekly at all other times throughout the year.
  • Yes, you can commence your swimming lessons at any time. Enrolment is done online via our Customer Portal. Private lessons are by appointment only so call our friendly Swim School team on (08) 9441 8227 for assistance.

    Please note, if you enquired about our Swim School online prior to making your decision to join, please use the same email address as your original enquiry, choose Forgot password and follow the prompts to set a new password.
