Prepare for race day success with our school carnival swim squad

For many children, the school swimming carnival is their first taste of competition.

Our Carnival Squad is designed to help swimmers feel ready and excited for race day. Whether it’s their first time racing or they’re aiming for a personal best, our sessions focus on building skills, confidence, and race-day readiness.

Sessions focus on:

  • Correct finishes

  • Technique corrections

  • Speedwork

  • Tumble turns

  • Dive starts

  • Relay changeovers

Who's it for? Level 5 swimmers and above

When? Term 1 and Term 4

Where? Mount Claremont

Sessions? Tue & Thu mornings (45 min sessions)

Carnival Squad runs in Term 1 & 4 to help children prepare for school swimming competitions.
