One on one personal training

It's just you and your trainer - perfect if you are in need of a motivational push in your training. Before we provide you with your personal training program, we run through a full fitness appraisal, to clearly understand where you are at and what your goals are. We will also help you set short and long term goals. Our motivated and qualified trainers have a range of backgrounds and specialties and are eager to assist you to achieve results. Two on one sessions
