Background

Growing up I have been surrounded by sport my whole life competing at a high level during high school in, basketball, soccer, volleyball and netball competitions. To facilitate my performance, I developed a love for training, beginning home workouts at 15 and looking at YouTube videos of “how to get a six pack in 10 minutes” and “The only exercises you need to be jacked”.

Since then, my training has matured whilst completing my Bachelors in Sport and exercise science at UWA. Here Is where I learnt my knowledge for strength and conditioning and athletic development, the latter being a passionate focus of mine. Furthermore, through my experiences at UWA I have worked with varied types of clients, such as Paediatrics, Paediatrics with Autism and ADHD, Department of Veteran Affairs clients, Seniors and General population.

These experiences have further influenced my outlook on health and have inspired my further education in rehabilitation, in which I am currently studying Physiotherapy at Curtin. This culmination of Strength and on-going Rehabilitation education have shaped my teaching, in which I aim to deliver specialised programs which target athletic ability and quality of life improvement, as training is not just weight on the bar, but an investment in yourself and your longevity.
