Background

My journey into movement began in the water. As a competitive swimmer from ages 13 to 19, I had the privilege of representing my country at the Junior World Championships in 2019 and the 2019 South Asian Games. This elite environment sparked a fascination with how the human body adapts to stress, leading me to start home-based strength training at just 13 years old.

My passion evolved from simple push-ups to the complex world of calisthenics—mastering handstands and front levers. This deep dive into the capabilities of human movement drove me to pursue a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, which I completed in 2022. Today, I am an Accredited Sports Scientist.

Currently, I apply this blend of experience and science as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the UWA West Coast Swim Club and by leading "Fit for Life" classes for seniors. In my personal time, I try to be a "Jack of all trades," constantly refining my skills in hand balancing, photography, and pen-work art.
