Super Screen Replacement

Reading time: 5 minutes

In a commitment to providing the best facilities for our patrons, we're upgrading the super screen in the THAC pool hall at Perth HPC!

The new LED screen is almost double the size of the previous, at 80 square metres, with the ability to support current, emerging and future technologies. It will primarily be used to display safety messaging, race competition data, live streaming of events and advertising.

Works will commence on Tuesday 20 May and are forecast to finish in late June or early July.

During the project, patrons will not be able to access the mezzanine bridge. Electrical isolations may affect some other aquatic services but majority of the works will be completed after hours and minimal impact is expected on day-to-day pool operations. Five car bays in Car Park 3 will also be blocked off for skip bins.

Patrons can access the THAC hall via reception and the stairs, as per usual.

Take a look at our impression of the new screen below. Note this is an impression and not an exact replica.
