Road closures: AusCycling Time Trials

It's an exciting start to the year for Perth HPC, as we host the AusCycling Road National Championship Time Trials between 7-8 January.

The time trials pit the nation's best male and female riders with races across age groups, and able bodied and para classifications, culminating with the elite women's and men's races on Thursday afternoon.

There will be road closures that may affect your visit to Perth HPC, occurring between:
-    Approximately 7.30am and 7.00pm on Wednesday 7 January
-    Approximately 7.30am and 4.30pm on Thursday 8 January

We recommend you access Perth HPC via McGillvary Road off Brockway Road.

It is also possible to enter the precinct from Underwood Avenue near the entrance for Bendat Basketball Centre, however Underwood Avenue will be under traffic management with the eastbound lanes being closed for the event. We anticipate traffic on Underwood Avenue to be slow at busy times.


We encourage everyone to remain mindful of their surroundings and drive with caution. The precinct will be busier than usual due to the event and restricted access.

If you are attending a class, please also allow extra time to arrive on schedule.
